Is the quote really free?
Yes. Send the form with a few photos and the approximate size of the areas, and I'll get back to you with a quote. If I need to see the property first, I'll tell you.
How do you price a job?
Mostly by surface size and condition, plus access, number of stories, and the type of cleaning. That's why the quote form asks for dimensions and photos. Rough estimates are fine.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions, which is the safer choice for house exteriors, stucco, and siding.
Do you clean two-story buildings?
Yes, up to two stories. If your property is taller or has difficult access, mention it in the form and I'll let you know what's possible.
Do you do commercial and recurring work?
Yes. I clean commercial properties on one-time and recurring schedules, including storefront walkways, entrances, parking areas, and dumpster pads, with weekly or bi-weekly plans available.
What areas do you serve?
